Exotic Escapes Terms and Conditions

The tour operator regards the passenger's payment for a booking as agreement to terms and conditions stated below.

Deposits and Final Payments: A non-refundable deposit of $100 per person plus the amount the hotel or resort may require is due at time of confirmation in order to hold your reservation. Final payment is due no later than 60 days prior to departure. If for any reason your deposit or balance payment is not received by Exotic Escapes on or before the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and withhold cancellation fees.

Change Fees: For each change to a confirmed booking (i.e. travel dates, resorts, transfers, etc.) a charge of $25 will be applied for extra handling. If documents have been sent out, a charge of $50 will be applied to expedite processing and ensure prompt delivery of your new travel documents. Additional charges for penalties such as reissuing airlines tickets, may apply.

Late Booking Fee: Bookings made within 45 days of departure will only be accepted if paid in full at time of booking. A late booking fee of $25 will be applied to cover additional handling and ensure speedy processing.

Cancellations: Exotic Escapes: $100 per person
Resorts, Airlines, Transfers: Additional (see invoice)

Refunds: No refund will be given after the trip has commenced.

Rates and Fares: During this time of price volatility in the travel industry, please be advised the pricing can fluctuate within the same day. All prices are subject to change without notice. As a result, prices will not be guaranteed until booked and paid in full. Prices quoted during an inquiry cannot be protected.

Tour Documents: You will receive travel documents including vouchers, itinerary, tickets and travel insurance (if purchased) and "Travel Tips" approximately 3 weeks prior to departure.

Immigration: All travelers must have a passport, valid three months after completing the trip. It is the responsibility of the passenger to obtain all necessary entry documentation required prior to departure.

Baggage: No responsibility is accepted for loss of, or damage to baggage or personal belongings. We strongly recommend insurance that covers baggage damage or loss.

Disclaimer: Exotic Escapes is not a carrier, hotelier and does not own aircraft or resorts. The flights, resort stays and other arrangements provided by carriers and hoteliers are on their own conditions. Therefore, all bookings with Exotic Escapes are subject to terms and conditions and limitations imposed by the airlines, hoteliers and other service providers. Further, the responsibilities of air carriers are limited in accordance with international agreements and tariffs.

Security Funds: All client funds are held in a trust account. Our seller of Travel requirements are as follows:

Responsibilities: Exotic Escapes and the operators involved in this program shall be exempt from all liability for losses or additional expenses in respect of any detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness, or injury, irrespective of the cause: including strikes, war, quarantine and whether or not directly or indirectly caused by any service provided or by a service provider, or by any property used or utilized by a service provided. We are not responsible for flight delays, cancellations or missed connections and are not liable for any expenses or consequences resulting there from and such expenses shall be bore by the client.

The passenger contract and the conditions thereof applied by the providers of service constitute the sole contract between such service providers and the purchasers of travel arrangements. Your travel agent will forward deposits and other payments to Exotic Escapes on your behalf but is not an agent of Exotic Escapes for the purpose of receipting monies. Receipt of monies by your travel agent does not constitute receipt by Exotic Escapes. There is no liability on our part in respect of any monies until we acknowledge receipt by way of invoice showing amount paid.
